There are a few things about paranormal shows that drive me insane. I’m sure you’ve noticed them too.
Let’s assume for a moment that a spirit is present and that it can make the k2 meter light up at will . . . why do investigators always assume that the answer to their question is yes just because the meter lights up? What are they thinking? Do they really think ghosts or spirits only utter the word yes?
And why do investigators ask “Is that you that’s here?” What are they expecting for a response? If its not there it can’t answer, and if it answers it must be there, right?
And then there is “Do you not know your dead?” What kind of a way is that to inform some lost soul that they are no longer among the living?
I don’t know about you, but if I were a ghost I would much prefer a friendly conversation asking about my day.
